These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RouteGrid platform, including our website, user applications, agent applications, and any related services.

RouteGrid is a product of Godere Innovations Limited (“Godere”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings relating to the Platform.

RouteGrid is a technology-enabled errand coordination and execution platform.

RouteGrid provides structured, route-optimized coordination of everyday movement tasks, including pickups, drop-offs, multi-stop errands and related coordination services.

RouteGrid is not a gig marketplace, a bidding or auction platform, a delivery-only application, or a task marketplace with negotiated pricing. RouteGrid operates as a structured errand infrastructure system combining software intelligence with human execution.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not reproduce or incorporate any part of the Platform's content, forms or features into another information retrieval system or electronic or mechanical system except for permitted personal use.

You must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation or security of the Platform.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and design elements, is the property of Godere Innovations Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal or internal business purposes only.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or exploited without our prior written consent.

RouteGrid coordinates human-executed errands. While we aim for reliability and predictability, execution times may vary, external conditions may affect completion, and certain requests may be declined.

RouteGrid does not guarantee:

• Exact delivery times.
• Uninterrupted availability.
• Suitability for every use case.

If you purchase something from us or from Merchants, you represent and warrant that:

• Pricing is presented upfront.
• Any credit information you supply is true and complete.
• Charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit/debit card company.
• You will pay charges incurred at the posted prices, including applicable taxes.

Errand requests may be subject to cancellation policies, adjustments in fees, and partial charges depending on the stage of execution.

Specific cancellation and adjustment rules may be communicated within the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Godere Innovations Limited and its partners, attorneys, staff, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godere disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Godere Innovations Limited, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall Godere's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Godere for access to the Platform.

Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, forms part of these Terms.

RouteGrid reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at its discretion.

Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
